Definingform®

Definingform®

Definingform® is the design studio of Thomas Høedholt, a senior Graphic Designer/Art director based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Focusing on identity, packaging, digital and print, Definingform® creates ambitious work for outstanding clients. I’ve been fortunate to work with the likes of Adidas, Norse Projects, Nike, FRAMA, Pas Normal Studios, Mercedes-Benz, Microsoft, Carlsberg, Kompakt Records, New Balance, DR, Danske Bank, Novo Nordisk, Maersk, Lundbeck, Royal Unibrew and Tryg to name a few.

Thomas has been a designer for pretty much his entire adult life. And even growing up Thomas was always playing around with Letraset type and other nifty things in his grandfather’s studio — he was a Graphic Designer for over 40 years.

He was very inspired by the Swiss design movement which obviously influenced Thomas a great deal growing up. So it was only natural for Thomas to follow that path when he started getting more into design.

Thomas profoundly believes that simplicity is not a simple thing.

His work has been rewarded with a Red Dot Award, a Cannes Cyberlion Grand Prix and Bronze award, and a Creative Circle Gold and Silver award among others.

However, he believes that his best work is still ahead of him.
